How it works

Business Development
A focused marketplace of pre-arranged, 15-minute appointments with the destinations, hotels, venues and service providers who want to work with you — up to 24 across the two days. You'll receive the attendee list in advance so you can plan your schedule before you arrive.
Education
Content curated by the editors of SportsTravel, covering the trends and challenges shaping sports-event tourism across Asia Pacific, delivered through four interactive sessions across the two days rather than one-way presentations.
Networking
Real relationships, built through the Opening Ceremony, daily Networking Lunches, a Networking Break, and the TEAMS Networking Cocktail — designed for genuine connection, not just business cards.

  • 3-day option (Tuesday–Thursday, 20-22 April): Available for Asia Pacific and overseas attendees. Includes travel, accommodation and transfers*.
  • 1-day option (Wednesday only OR Thursday only): Available for Asia Pacific attendees only. No travel or accommodation provided.

Please note: the 1-day option is not available for Tuesday, 20 April 2027

*Airport transfers will be provided on the arrival and departure dates.

  • Being hosted means we will cover your stay in a 4-star hotel stay for up to 3-days, and it also includes transfers and your meals whilst at the show and at networking events. We will also reimburse flight costs based on a maximum cap depending on your country of departure.
  • You’ll also receive priority access to the exhibitors and be able to secure meetings with them during a busy show via 1-2-1 appointments booked through our advanced meetings platform.
  • Tailored conference programme with international speakers
  • Space to recharge with the hosted buyer lounge serving lunch and refreshments all day
  • Free time each afternoon to explore The Meetings Show Asia Pacific and Business Travel Show Asia Pacific running alongside TEAMS at Marina Bay Sands
  • The chance to help shape the very first edition of TEAMS in the region

  • You will be required to attend both days of the show, arriving by 20 April
  • You will book and attend at least 24 appointments with the exhibitors
  • Attend the official networking events as per your schedule

Qualification Criteria

To be eligible to attend TEAMS Asia Pacific, your organisation must plan traditional sports events, esports events, or sports-related meetings in Asia Pacific and have future unbooked events planned within the next 36 months.

  • Verifiable past programmes are required. Please be prepared to share past programmes that you have planned from 2022 until now.
  • Information on future business to be booked within the next three years, from April 2027.

A hosted experience

Here's what qualifying event organisers on the 3-day hosted programme can expect:

  • Flights: Reimbursement is strictly capped at the lowest available economy airfare for your approved itinerary, up to the maximum limit. Any seat upgrades, preferred seating fees, or higher fare classes will be at your own personal expense.
  • Accommodation: Up to 3 nights of stay will be covered by the event at one of our hotel partners. (Between Tuesday, 20 April – Friday, 23 April 2027). 
  • Airport transfers will be provided on arrival and departure dates.  (Between Tuesday, 20 April – Friday, 23 April 2027). 
Important: Travel and accommodation are only provided to event organisers attending the full programme from 20-22 April 2027. TEAMS Asia Pacific operates a reimbursement scheme, and buyers will need to book their own flights. Once your registration is confirmed, our team will contact you with more details.
